I attended a Future Economy Council meeting yesterday morning at the Catawba County Chamber of Commerce.  The topic of this meeting was to discuss food and our local economy.  During this meeting we viewed a video that was commissioned by Chipotle to emphasize the importance of developing a sustainable food system.  Not only does the video have a good message, but it was done very well.
